Whispers of the Unconscious - God Speaks while You Dream

In this book “Whispers of the Unconscious: God Speaks While You Sleep - The Simplest, Ultimate Guide to Understanding and Interpreting Your Dreams”, I will review the evidence for dreams as a channel to hear God speak, describe the anatomy of a dream and the art of dream interpretation, explain how one can increase God-given dreams, and provide a concise guide of dream symbols and interpretations that one can reference to help understand what God wants us to see.
God has never stopped speaking. He created the world and everything in it with his word, He teaches us to use His Word to bring His will on earth, and He speaks to us in many ways including his written word – the Holy Bible. In addition to the Bible, God can speak to us in a variety of ways. These can be through signs and wonders as He did in the book of Exodus with the Israelites. This form of communication is usually more common among new believers or even to the unbeliever. Once we become spiritually mature, God’s ways of communicating with us will also mature. God also speaks through our conscience as a still small voice (1 Kings 19:12), it is important to be still to hear God in this manner. God speaks to us through wisdom or past experiences (Proverbs 2:6). If we lack wisdom, God encourages us to ask for it (James 1:5). Lastly, God speaks through visions and dreams as we read in Job 33:14-15 (ESV), “For God speaks in one way, and in two, though man does not perceive it. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men, while they slumber in their beds”. Dreams are visions that occur while we are asleep, but we can also have visions while awake, known as open visions or lucid dreams.
One of the reasons that I believe God placed writing this book so urgently on my heart is because we are in the last days, and I am believing that revival is upon us. In Acts 2:17 (ESV) we can read, “And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my spirit on all flesh, and your sons and daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams”. Just as God has shaken me to awaken spiritually, I know He is doing the same to many others. There will be an increase in dreams and visions because God is pouring his Spirit out in greater portions. As the world gets darker, the people of God will walk in greater light and understanding. May every reader find greater revelation, knowledge, and understanding from God and be equipped to not only to withstand the end days but to do the will of the Father and encourage others to do the same.
